Singapore woman caught without mask faces even more charges

SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/ANN): More charges, including those involving the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, are expected to be handed to a woman who was caught on video refusing to wear a mask at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) integrated resort amid the Covid-19 outbreak, a district court heard on Tuesday (June 15).

The prosecutor mentioned the additional charges on Tuesday in asking for a three-week adjournment. Details about these charges were not revealed in court.
