Vietnam allocates nearly US$130 million for Covid-19 fight

HANOI, May 18 (Bernama): Nearly VN$3 trillion (US$130.16 million) sourced from Vietnam's state budget has been disbursed for Covid-19 control and prevention since the start of the year, Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reported.

Of the figure, VN$1.74 trillion was allocated to the Ministry of Health to buy vaccines, medical materials and equipment, chemicals, and biological products serving the fight against the pandemic.
