Malaysian government in no hurry to resume exporting eggs to Singapore, says Minister


KUCHING, April 3 (Bernama): The government will not rush into resuming export of chicken eggs to Singapore before ensuring the product is completely safe, said Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.

He said it is important to make sure that the eggs are cleared of the Salmonella Enteritidis (SE) bacteria.
