New party chief to lead Vientiane city for next five years

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN): A new Party chief of Vientiane has been appointed to lead the capital’s socio-economic development over the next five years.

Member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, Dr Anouphab Tounalom, has been appointed as Party Secretary of the capital, replacing Dr Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, who takes up a new post in the Lao Front for National Development.
