Man caught with 250kg tiger carcass facing trial in Vietnam

HANOI, March 12 (dpa): Police in central Vietnam have charged a local man after they found a 250kg tiger carcass in his house.

Dinh Nhat Nghe, 49, was charged with violating regulations on wildlife protection after the carcass was discovered on the floor of his house in late January in the province of Ha Tinh, Nguyen Thanh Liem, deputy director of the Ha Tinh police department, told dpa.
