Vietnam needs better connectivity in southeast region to unleash full potential: expert

HO CHI MINH CITY (Vietnam News/ANN): Weak regional connectivity across land, air and sea has hampered the growth of the southeast region of Vietnam. Economists believe for the region develop, it needs to change its mindset and strategy.

Economist Trần Đình Thiên, member of the Economic Advisory Team of Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, made the remarks during a conference on transport infrastructure connection in the region.
