PHNOM PENH, Sept 25 (Xinhua): The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved over US$29 million in financing to help Cambodia improve service delivery through key reforms in public financial management and decentralisation, it said in a press statement.
The Second Decentralized Public Service and Financial Management Sector Development Programme includes a US$20mil policy-based loan that will support a programmatic approach to strengthening local governments' fiscal planning and management, as well as public administration, the statement said.
