China: No local Covid-19 cases for 28 days; 10 imported cases

China reported 10 new coronavirus cases on Sept 12, compared with six cases a day earlier. Also on Saunday monring, China announced they have not encountered aby local Covid-19 cases for 28 days. - AFP

BEIJING, Sept. 13 (Xinhua): No new locally-transmitted Covid-19 cases were reported Saturday across the Chinese mainland, the National Health Commission said Sunday. It was the 28th day the country has not had any local coronavirus cases.

A total of 10 confirmed Covid-19 cases reported Saturday were from outside the mainland, the commission said in its daily report.
