Brunei: Enhancing bilateral ties with Australia as it gives supports to Brunei’s Asean Chairmanship


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sept 12 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): The newly appointed Australian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Tiffany Anne McDonald underscored the Australian government’s support to the Sultanate for a successful Asean Chairmanship next year, further boosting the long established bilateral relationship between the countries.

In an exclusive interview with the Weekend Bulletin at the office of the Australian High Commission at DAR Takaful IBB Utama building on Friday (Sept 12), McDonald said, “I feel very fortunate that I am taking on this role at a time where the bilateral relationship between both countries have grown from strength to strength.”
