Indonesia arrests prosecutor over alleged graft in connection with Djoko Tjandra

JAKARTA (The Jakarta Post/ANN): The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has arrested prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari for allegedly accepting bribes in connection with graft convict Djoko Tjandra, who was arrested late last month after being on the run for years.

Investigators at the AGO’s junior attorney for special crimes (Jampidsus) made the arrest on Tuesday night after naming Pinangki a suspect in a bribery case.
