Official: Brunei to study travel restriction easing proposals from Singapore, China


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, June 21 (Xinhua): Brunei is carefully studying the travel restriction easing proposals from Singapore and China but will not jump to conclusions, the country's Second Minister of Foreign Affairs Haji Erywan has announced.

According to local daily the Borneo Bulletin on Sunday, the minister said Singapore and China offered limited and restricted travel for their citizens into the country, specifically for government officials and businessmen.
