PAHANG, Terengganu and Kelantan have been badly hit by floods as heavy rains continue unabated in the east coast of Malaysia.

With deep concern for the welfare of those devastated by the floods, the Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur has galvanised into action and put together a collection of items to send to the flood victims.
