ROAD CLOSURE

There will be a road closure in conjunction with ‘Cycle Malaysia 2015’ tomorrow which will start and end at Dataran Merdeka. The affected roads will be fully closed in stages before the first flag off at 5am. The roads are expected to be re-opened to the public at 10am. The affected roads include Jalan Parlimen, Jalan Sultan Salahudin, Jalan Dato Onn, Jalan Tun Ismail, Jalan Putra, Jalan Kuching (Pusat Bandar), Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan T.A Rahman, Jalan Raja Abdullah, Jalan Dang Wangi, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Medan Tuanku, Jalan P. Ramlee, Jalan Pinang, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Tun Perak and Jalan Pudu. Road users are advised to avoid using the affected roads and to use alternative routes. Police personnel will be on duty to guide motorists during the event.

FUNDRAISING FAIR

The National Stroke Association of Malaysia (Nasam) is hosting its 18th ‘Fun Fair at the Park’ to raise funds for the operational cost of all eight Nasam centres around Malaysia tomorrow at Taman Jaya in Petaling Jaya from 8am to 2pm. There will be more than 50 stalls offering food, crafts and activities such as face painting and balloon sculpting. Coupons are priced at RM10 per booklet.
