Dynac owners decide to cancel RM632mil takeover of GBH

PETALING JAYA: Dynac Sdn Bhd, a profitable oil and gas (O&G) services company, has called off the RM632mil proposed takeover of Tan Sri Robert Tan Hua Choon’s Goh Ban Huat Bhd (GBH) after its owners decided not to pursue the deal following “a change of heart”.

This follows a letter from Dynac to GBH on Monday expressing its intention to cancel the reverse takeover (RTO) ahead of an EGM yesterday. Dynac is owned by Datuk Abdul Rahman Mohamed Shariff and Normala Mohd Sharif.
