Perodua unveils Alza variant

PETALING JAYA: Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (Perodua) expects its newly launched Alza multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) variant to boost contribution to total sales to 26% this year from 23% last year.

“We expect a 3% growth in contribution to total sales with our new Alza this year. We’re targeting new as well as existing customers,” said managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Aminar Rashid Salleh at a briefing prior to the launch of the MPV.
