Suspect arrested after high-speed pursuit on NPE

KUALA LUMPUR: About 10 cars were damaged during a high-speed car chase at the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) here due to a suspect's desperation to evade the long arm of the law.

Brickfields Deputy OCPD Supt Arifai Tarawi said that the incident occurred at about 4.15pm on Tuesday when traffic police stopped a car at Jalan Syed Putra here.
