Woman found chained by roadside

What happened?: The woman lying on the road after firemen released her from the chains.

SERDANG: Nothing much happens in the quiet neighbourhood surrounding the Serdang Raya 3k complex building here until yesterday.

At around 10am, passers-by spotted a woman bound in metal chains and locks squatting by the roadside, near some parked cars.
