KUALA LUMPUR: A widow and her daughter have won RM357,500 in damages over the death of her husband whilst in police custody in relation to a baby abduction case.
Widow N. Selvi, 46, and her eldest daughter C. Rita, 23, sued the police and Government in September 2015 for negligence and breach of duty of care.
