KUALA LUMPUR: Welfare bodies like Ti-Ratana have been a model example in helping the underprivileged in Malaysia, said MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“It’s truly heartening to think about all the good work that your society has done, not to mention its positive impact on the community,” said Liow at Ti-Ratana’s 19th anniversary dinner and fund-raiser here last night.
