PUTRAJAYA: Loopholes and weaknesses in the Youth and Sports Ministry’s procurement process will be rectified following the RM100mil corruption case involving a senior officer in the ministry, says Minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic).
He said the suspect had allegedly manipulated a weakness in the procurement process and was able to approve funds without his or the secretary-general’s authorisation.
