Azmi’s sedition trial to be heard in Sessions Court

KUALA LUMPUR: Universiti Malaya law lecturer Prof Dr Azmi Sharom has failed to transfer his sedition case to the High Court.

In dismissing Dr Azmi's application, High Court judge Justice Ab Karim Ab Rahman said no unfair and inequitable circumstances would occur to the applicant if the hearing was to proceed at the Sessions Court.
