TWO Rottweilers dashed out of a house in Penang and bit a woman while their owner was on his handphone, reported Guang Ming Daily.
The attack left 10 wounds on both the legs of Joey Tan, 37, who was waiting for a friend in front of a house in Taman Machang Bubuk, Bukit Mertajam.
