Brothers take MAS to court over disappearance of MH370


KUALA LUMPUR: Two teenage brothers are among those suing Malaysia Airlines System Bhd, the Government and three others for breach of contract and negligence following the disappearance of Flight MH370.

They are among five plaintiffs seeking a public apology, besides damages to be assessed for the loss of support as a result of the death of two passengers who were directors of an engineering and construction company earning an annual income of RM5.9mil and RM2.5mil respectively.
