IPOH: A 48-year-old insurance agent required six stitches to one of his fingers after he was repeatedly attacked by parking touts here for refusing to pay parking fees.

E.C. Looi had parked his car in front of a sundry shop along Jalan Theatre at about 1.30pm on April 2 when a woman approached him asking for money.
