Japanese brand bags Best Sports Watch of the Year title

The award was accepted by Seiko Watch Corporation director Atsushi Kaneko at the 2018 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.

THE Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) is the industry’s most coveted honour and the annual award ceremony is regarded as the watch industry’s “Oscars”.

The award ceremony took place at the Théatre du Léman in Geneva with 12 prizes given away for specific categories and five other prizes awarded for a range of other horological achievements.
