SOME 29 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) are coming together to help raise funds for Perak Community Specialist Hospital (PCSH) to upgrade its facilities and services.

Organising committee chairman Woo Chee Wai said among the NGOs taking part in the charitable effort were Lions Club, Ipoh Chinese Chin Woo Athletic Association and various Chinese organisations and its Youth wings.
