NGO calls for volunteers to help Penan communities


KUCHING: Local non-governmental organisation Hope Place is looking for volunteers to take part in a new project to reach out to Penan settlements in Ulu Baram in June.

Its founder Kelvin Wan said the project, called “Giving Hope, Sharing Love”, will take place from June 15 to 17 in collaboration with Dr Ling Tung King, a veterinarian from Miri.
