This place is a favourite haunt with cyclists and anyone who likes an uphill challenge as it goes all the way up to the Gunung Nuang Forest Reserve a few kilometres away.

Bukit Gasing is a great spot to enjoy the urban skyline for Petaling Jaya folk.

If you’ve been wanting to test that bike, this is the time and place. Ride it up to Mini Genting and wait for the fireworks to light up the city skyline. Don’t worry about food. This is one of the best spots to take in the Petaling Jaya skyline and watch the sun set for the last time in 2016.

Expect to find monkeys as the area is very leafy. And remember to take your trash with you when you leave, instead of contributing to the rubbish problem which has become worse of late.

A trip here will either leave vertigo sufferers green in the face or cure them of their fear of heights. The best tip for those prone to dizzy spells is to close your eyes when you’re going up the glass elevators.
