Guide lists gold-standard dining experiences.

A LIST dubbed the “CEO’s Dining Guide” has been released of the top 100 restaurants in Hong Kong and the 20 best dining destinations in Macau.

Nominated by a panel of restaurant critics and lifestyle experts at the South China Morning Post, the winning dining destinations reflect Cantonese, Chinese, Japanese, European and fusion cuisines.

The target reader? Top executives and jet-setting CEOs who’ve dined in the best restaurants around the world and expect gold-standard dining experiences.

Winners in 100 Top Tables: A CEO’s Dining Guide are determined based on cuisine, restaurant ambiance and consistency of service and were chosen for offering a unique, rich dining experience with local culinary flair.

The list is being released just a week after the winners of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants were announced at a gala ceremony in Singapore, crowning Nahm, a Thai restaurant in Bangkok, the best in Asia.

The 100 Top Tables 2014 will be distributed directly to SCMP subscribers and will also be available at select retail outlets, airport lounges in Asia, airport stores and Pacific Coffee outlets.

Winners are listed in alphabetical order and are not ranked.
