PUTRAJAYA: National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers from the Public Service Department (PSD) will face mandatory pay cuts beginning September.
PSD director-general Tan Sri Mohamed Zabidi Zainal said his department would lead the way for other government agencies to implement compulsory salary deductions.
