KUALA LUMPUR: Online news portal publisher Mkini Dotcom Sdn Bhd and its two editors are seeking for leave to initiate a judicial review proceedings to get a new judge to hear a civil suit filed by Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak against them.
They want the Chief Judge of Malaya to assign a new judge from the civil division to hear the suit.
