SHAH ALAM: A datuk who consulted in a land deal in Dengkil landed himself in the dock when he was charged with fraudulently transferring ownership of the land using false documents.
Datuk Ariffin Ab Hamid, 44, claimed trial on Wednesday to using two false documents - ‘Power of Attorney’ and a ‘Sales and Purchase Agreement’ - with the intent to transfer ownership of the land from Prestasi Tulin Sdn Bhd to Sunshine Haven Sdn Bhd.
