KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Musa Aman says that Sabah has no plans to close resorts on “remote” islands in the wake of last Wednesday’s abduction of a Chinese tourist and a Filipina worker from a resort off Semporna.
Musa was responding to Deputy Home Minister Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar’s statements last Friday that the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) should not be blamed for the incident and that it would be better for resorts on remote islands to be closed.
