KUALA LUMPUR: Perkasa information chief Ruslan Kassim contended on Tuesday that his statement about a high-level meeting attended by the Penang Chief Minister in Singapore in 2011 was based on an "internal source".
Ruslan, 55, said that he issued a press statement in October 2011 based on this source.
