Tapas fare

Hotel Armada Petaling Jaya is inviting diners to taste its tapas fare this October. Executive chef Chew Teik Chye who specialises in Spanish cuisine is presenting a variety of Spanish tapas from Tortillas de Camarones (shrimp fritters), Croquetas de Gambas (prawn croquettes), Coc de Ostras (breaded oyster) as well as Spanish Empanadas. Empanadas literally mean ‘dough-wrapped’ (stuffed bread or pastry, baked or fried). Empanadillas de Atun (tuna pie) , stuffed with coriander and tuna filling, makes a delicious mouthful that will satisfy any tuna lover. For those who favour meat, indulge in the truly irresistible Empanadas de Pollo (chicken pastry), made of juicy tender chicken and herbs for its filling. Empanadas are usually served crispy hot making your first bite a truly unforgettable one. If tapas is not enough to fill you up, then opt for the Seafood Paella (Spanish Seafood Saffron Rice) Fragrant rice cooked with saffron spice and seafood. The Espanola Tapas Promotion is priced from RM11++. Head down to the Utara Coffee House and try these delectable dishes today! The promotion is available throughout October from 11am to 11pm daily.
