Asus has unveiled the ProArt P14 and P16, a pair of ARM-based Windows laptops designed for artificial intelligence (AI) development and the local hosting of AI models and agents.

The laptops largely share a similar configuration and specifications, including an Nvidia RTX Spark N1X mobile processor. The processor was originally announced by Nvidia at Computex this year and offers 1 petaflop of AI performance.

Both models are equipped with 128GB LPDDR5X RAM and a 1TB M.2 NVMe solid-state drive (SSD). It is worth noting that the ProArt P16 has two M.2 slots, with one already occupied by the included SSD, while the P14 only has one that is occupied by default.

When it comes to their screens, as their names suggest, the P16 has a 16in display with a 3840×2400 resolution, while the P14's screen is 14in with a 2880×1800 resolution. Both are OLED and capable of up to a 120Hz refresh rate.

The ProArt P16 has a 99Wh battery, while the P14 has a 90Wh battery. They both come with a 140W USB-C power adapter.

For I/O ports, the laptops share the same selection, with three USB-C 4.0 Gen 3 ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, one HDMI 2.1 port, a 3.5mm combo audio jack and an SD card reader. The P16 uses an SD Express 7.0 reader, while the P14 has an SD 4.0 reader.

Both models also support WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, weighing 1.77kg (ProArt P16) and 1.48kg (ProArt P14), respectively.

Pre-orders for both the ProArt P14 and P16 are now open until Oct 31, with both models priced the same at RM29,999. They share colour options, coming in either Nano Black or Neo White.

During the pre-order period, purchases come bundled with an Asus ProArt Display OLED PA279CDV monitor worth RM4,250, subject to stock availability.
