WuXi AppTec files complaint against U.S. DoD for linking it to Chinese military

June ⁠11 (Reuters) - WuXi ⁠AppTec said ‌on Thursday that it has ​filed a ⁠complaint ⁠at the United ⁠States District ‌Court ⁠for the District ​of ‌Columbia against ⁠the ​Department of Defense ⁠for including the ​company in a list ⁠linked to the Chinese military.
