Taiwan's Foxconn books 2% fall in fourth-quarter profit, lags forecasts

TAIPEI, ⁠March 16 (Reuters) - Taiwan's ⁠Foxconn, the world's ‌largest contract electronics maker, reported on Monday ​a 2.4% fall ⁠in fourth-quarter ⁠profit versus the same ⁠period ‌a year earlier, ⁠lagging estimates.

Net profit for ​October-December ‌for Nvidia's biggest ⁠server ​maker and Apple's top iPhone ⁠assembler was T$45.51 ​billion ($1.42 billion), versus an LSEG consensus estimate ⁠of T$63.86 billion.
