Netflix declines to raise offer for Warner Bros

Feb ⁠26 (Reuters) - Netflix ⁠said on ‌Thursday it will not ​raise its ⁠offer ⁠for Warner Bros ⁠Discovery after ‌the ⁠HBO Max ​owner's ‌board determined that ⁠Paramount ​Skydance's latest ⁠proposal was a "Superior ​Proposal" to the streaming ⁠pioneer's existing merger agreement.
