Huawei-backed Aito teams up with UAE dealer to expand into Middle East

SHANGHAI/BEIJING, Feb ‌6 (Reuters) - Chinese ‌automaker Seres said on ‌Friday that its electric vehicle brand Aito has ‍struck a strategic ‍deal with ‌Abu Dhabi-based dealer group ‍Performance ​Plus Motors to ⁠expand into the Middle East market.

Performance ‌Plus Motors, a unit ⁠of ‍Abu Dhabi Motors "will be responsible for ‍the sales, delivery, ‌and after-sales service of Aito's luxury intelligent models in the UAE," according to a company statement. No ‌timeframe was given.
