Spotify to raise monthly subscription price to $12.99 in select markets

Jan ‌15 (Reuters) - Spotify said ‌on Thursday it ‌would raise the price of its monthly ‍premium subscription service ‍by $1 to $12.99 ‌for existing subscribers in ‍the ​United States, Estonia ⁠and Latvia markets.

Shares of the ‌Swedish streaming giant rose ⁠nearly ‍3% in premarket trading.
