Series 2/2025 marks the full return of the National Service (PLKN) programme, following its reintroduction and pilot test (Series 1/2025) earlier in January this year, which saw the placement and training of 116 volunteer trainees.

Eligible individuals born in 2007 can now check if they have been selected via the ePLKN website at this webpage: https://plkn.mod.gov.my/pelatih/semakan/form.

To do so, they simply need to enter their MyKad number and complete a captcha on the portal, and once submitted, the system will display a notice indicating whether they have been selected for the programme.

The upcoming Series 2/2025 batch, comprising of 550 randomly selected trainees through the PLKN system, will begin training on May 11 until June 24 at the 515th Territorial Army Regiment Camp in Kuala Lumpur and the 505th Territorial Army Regiment Camp in Pekan, Pahang.
