Streaming service Max to launch in M'sia on Nov 19, priced from RM34.90 a month

Streaming service Max has unveiled its pricing for monthly subscription plans leading up to its launch in Malaysia.

The subscription options include a Standard Plan, priced at RM34.90 a month, which offers streaming on up to two devices at once, Full HD video, and up to 30 downloads for offline viewing.

Meanwhile, the Ultimate Plan (RM52.90 a month) supports streaming on up to four devices simultaneously, features 4K UHD and Dolby Atmos (for selected content), and allows up to 100 downloads for offline viewing.

Those looking to get a better deal can also opt for an annual subscription, with Standard available for RM279.90 a year, while the Ultimate Yearly Plan costs RM424.90.

Max will launch in Malaysia on Nov 19, offering content from providers such as Warner Bros, HBO, Discovery, DC, and Cartoon Network. The new service will replace the existing HBO Go streaming platform in the country.
