Following the feature’s announcement back in October last year, WhatsApp has finally rolled out the ability to use two accounts on a single device to Malaysian Android users.

To add a second account to a device, first navigate to the settings menu and tap on the dropdown icon next to the user’s account name, after which users will have the option to add a new account.
