A Texas man is suing after he said he was wrongfully arrested and assaulted in jail due to the use of artificial intelligence.

When the 61-year-old man went to a DMV to renew his license in Gonzales, Texas, he didn’t realise he would be leaving in handcuffs. His arrest was in connection to an armed robbery - one that occurred when he was on the other side of the country.
