WhatsApp glitch prevents users from sending media files (update: flaw fixed)

The posts from users in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia and the United States say they are unable to send images, as well as voice recordings.

Update: Our tests show that WhatsApp started working normally again a little after 9pm.

PETALING JAYA: WhatsApp is suffering an outage that prevents users from sending media files though they are still able to send messages.
