NOKIA surprised just about everyone when it announced its 808 PureView smartphone with a whopping 41-megapixel camera. Sadly, by the time the PureView reached store shelves, the operating system it was running on — Symbian — was no longer considered modern or up to par with Google’s Android or Apple’s iOS.
But that was not the end of the camera as Nokia’s latest Lumia 1020 smartphone which is powered by Windows Phone 8 has inherited the megapixel monster.
