Tennis teen Daania clinches breakthrough win in Chengdu

PETALING JAYA: Teenage tennis player Daania Daniella Abdul Hazli was on fire in Chengdu by achieving her biggest career breakthrough at the J60 junior tournament.

The 15-year-old partnered home player Zhang Bojia to beat China’s Dou Yilin-Jiananxi Kuai 6-4, 6-3 to win the girls’ doubles title on Thursday.
