Dimitrov, Monfils out of Washington tournament

(Reuters) - Grigor Dimitrov and Gael Monfils have withdrawn from this week’s Citi Open Tournament, it was announced on Sunday.

Dimitrov, who was the No. 3 seed, was diagnosed with flu and sinus infection.
