Sharon hopes to inspire more women to be sports leaders after making history


PETALING JAYA: Sharon Wee (pic) has made history after being elected Melaka Squash Racquets Association’s (MSRA) first woman president, bringing with her vast experience as a former national elite player.

Sharon, who is also the Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM) vice-president, hopes her new role will inspire more women and retired athletes to enter leadership roles within their sports associations.
